Bookings & Planning
It all starts with our friendly bookings team. We listen to what you’d like to have done, match you with the right stylist, and reserve the perfect amount of time so your visit never feels rushed.
Consultation & Briefing
When you arrive at the salon, your stylist takes time to talk through your goals, hair history, and lifestyle. Together you agree on the look, colour, and finish you want, so everyone is clear before we begin.
Wash, Colour & Treatments
You’ll be handed over to our backwash team for a relaxing cleanse and head massage. If you’re having colour, your stylist then expertly mixes and applies the right shade and toner, monitoring the process carefully so your hair looks vibrant and feels healthy.
Cut, Finish & Final Touches
With your colour complete, your cut is carried out exactly to your brief, refining shape, movement, and texture. We then blow-dry and style, add the perfect finishing products, and only when you’re 100% happy do we consider the appointment a success.
